Maxel introduces a new concept in small heavy duty reels with the new, RAGE jigging series. These comfortable-in-the-hand lever drag reels are built with precision machined, one-piece tempered aluminum frames for the utmost in strength and rigidity under the heaviest stresses. Built braid-ready, the tolerances of these reels will control lines down to ten pound test or up to four hundred ninety five yards of eighty pound braid in the largest model.

All reels are machine spooled under ideal tension, braid is spooled with approximately 50 feet of mono backing. Wind-on leaders are offered for both hollow core and non-hollow braid, hollow core is spliced and non-hollow braid is connected loop-to-loop with a bimni twist.
