Ordering & Returns

What can I order?

You may order all items shown on our online catalog. If you are interested in an item that is not found on our website please feel free to request it via Chat or email customerservice@chaosfishing.com.

How can I order?

You may order via our secure online ordering system or by phone. If you would like to place a phone order, please call our toll free line 877-337-9591 or our local line 954-876-1632.

We are open:

Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm

Saturday 8am - 6pm

Sunday 8am - 5pm

How can I pay?

You may pay with a Master card, Visa card, American Express, Discover card and PayPal. We also accept International Money Orders, and Wired Fund Transfers, please contact customer service for instructions.

**Note: If there are any billing issues with your order, you will be notified via email. If we do not receive a response to the e-mail within a 48-hour time period, the order will be cancelled. CHAOS may require additional information from you before we can process your order.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • UPS Next Day Air: Delivery by 10:30 a.m. (Noon in some locations), next business day.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver: Afternoon delivery, next business day.
  • UPS 2nd Day: Afternoon delivery, second business day.
  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days within 48 contiguous states

What happens if I don't receive my package?

UPS and Fed Ex shipments are covered by insurance that guarantees that CHAOS will replace packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Note: Priority Mail, World Mail, and Express Mail do not offer a tracking service, and are NOT insured. CHAOS will not replace packages that are lost or stolen if Priority Mail, World Mail, or Express Mail was the method of shipment chosen by the customer. CHAOS will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments to a non-current address. If we are not notified of an address change before the shipment of your order, refunds or replacements for a lost or stolen package will not be accepted.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Spooled reels and monogrammed/custom rods do NOT qualify for a return as they are now considered used and cannot be re-sold.

To start a return, you can either log into your CHAOS Fishing account to request a return from your Order History or contact us at customerservice@chaosfishing.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty & Repairs

What is the warranty policy on CHAOS Rods?

Warranty Term(original purchaser only with sales receipt from CHAOS Rods)All E-glass rods-Lifetime, Composite and Vertical Jigging (Carbon) Rods-5 years, and Graphite rods-1 year. You must return the entire rod to us, including broken parts and components, freight prepaid and insured. Warranty excludes components damaged through misuse, abuse, or neglect.

 Pro-staff and guide programs

Do you have pro-staff and guide programs?

CHAOS' Pro-Staff consists of licensed guides, tournament anglers and teams, and angling instructors. Our Pro-Staff contributes to our success through expert promotion of our products, and they teach the techniques that improve effectiveness of our products in the hands of an angler.

Requirements for being included in this team include angling expertise combined with passion and capability to pass skills to the next generation of anglers. They all combine fishing with writing and/or speaking about fishing and applying new technologies in our industry. You'll meet them at tournaments, boat shows, fishing seminars, and hear and read their insights in print, radio,
and television.

If your resume includes year-round time on the water as a guide or fishing the tournament circuit combined with speaking at sport shows, appearing on television or radio, and/or writing for fishing publications, then we are interested in hearing from you.

CHAOS also offers discounts on our products to licensed guides and captains who are not necessarily accomplished speakers, writers, or educators. Any product sold under this program is for the personal use of qualified guides and captains. To apply for our Guide Program, please send a letter of application,
along with a copy of your guide or captain’s license, to the address above.
