Shipping policy
CHAOS Rods reserves the right to utilize any shipping carrier necessary to meet our delivery commitment.
Orders received before 3:00pm Eastern time are shipped the same day. (Monday-Friday)
CHAOS shipping rules:
All orders $99+ and over ships FREE standard shipping, with some exclusions for heavy or irregularly shaped packages. Rods are not eligible for free shipping.
We offer a variety of shipping services from Standard to Overnight to get your order when you need it. Please note that the delivery window begins once the order has been shipped, not from the time the order is placed.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on shipping address; larger items may have a higher shipping cost due to dimensions and weight.
Due to size restrictions or storage conditions, some items are only available for in-store pickup at our Pompano Beach retail location, and cannot be shipped.

Your package will require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please make sure someone is available to sign for it.
We take the security of our customers very seriously. Our Fraud Department carefully monitors any flags that arise for each order. If your order is flagged by our system as possibly fraudulent, our team will reach out to you for confirmation prior to shipping. If you do not respond to our attempts to contact you to confirm your order, we will cancel and refund your order.
