The Mustad Stainless Steel Split Ring is a dependable heavy-duty connection between lure and hook. The split ring gives the hook more freedom to move. Some use two jointed split rings for even more movement and less chance of the fish throwing the hook. Changing the hook is made easy by using a split ring plier like the MT028. Stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance.
