Built for power fishing with heavier lines and lures or for finesse with lighter baits, these reels expand on the tournament-proven legacy of the Curado family.
The Curado 200 M is designed for anglers chasing big fish with big baits. Expanded line capacity and the MagnumLite (MGL) Spool III reduce start-up inertia for unmatched casting distance and accuracy with large paddle-tail swimbaits, deep-diving cranks, jigs, frogs, Carolina rigs, and umbrella rigs. SilentTune technology improves spool quietness during casts, while SVS Infinity braking delivers precise spool control and easy external adjustments in changing conditions.
The Curado 150 offers the same proven performance in a lighter, more compact package. Its ultra-thin MGL III Spool ensures smooth, effortless casting even with lighter lures, while the SVS Infinity braking system and HAGANE Body keep it consistent, versatile, and tournament-ready.
Both reels feature Shimano’s MicroModule Gear, Cross Carbon Drag, and X-Ship for buttery smooth retrieves, maximum durability, and powerful fish-fighting performance. Whether fishing power techniques or finesse presentations, the Curado 200 M and 150 are engineered to give anglers the edge.

Select from standard spooling options listed in the drop-down menu above, or let us know how you would like your reel spooled. Custom spooling including top-shots, wind-ons, hollow-core backing, and fluorocarbon are available. Call or send a note with your requirements and we'll advise costs. All reels are machine spooled under ideal tension, braid is spooled with approximately 50 feet of mono backing. Wind-on leaders are offered for both hollow core and non-hollow braid, hollow core is spliced and non-hollow braid is connected loop-to-loop with a bimni twist.
