The Jaguar Design team took a no-holds-barred approach when designing the RainShadow Tuna Popping blanks. Developed in conjunction with some of the world’s finest Tuna anglers and packed with state-of-the-art features, the RainShadow Tuna Popper continues to set the standard for performance in the marketplace.
We blend thin ply E-Glass material with 24-ton RX6 graphite, then wrap the entire blank tip-to-butt with a proprietary carbon filament wrap in the hoop direction for added strength, all without introducing additional weight. The blanks are a two-piece design with the ferrule set down close to the butt end, so they do not affect the action. The wall thickness on these blanks is off the charts which adds major strength and lifting power. The RainShadow Tuna Popper can fight the largest Tuna out there and come back for more.
