CHAOS Rods are built one at time in our Florida shop. For that reason, we can customize your rods to meet your needs. We can alter the length of rods or grips to your preference, and change guides and components as requested. We can also personalize the appearance of your rod to match an existing set, add your initials or boat name, or completely customize the rod color, wrap, and even add an image of the target species on the rod. What reel works best with the Tuna Buster?
Your favorite 50-class Lever Drag reels will work perfectly with our Tuna Buster rod. We recommend the Shimano Talica 50 II, Shimano Tiagra 50WLRSA or the Penn International VI 50VISW depending on your setup and the line capacity you'll need!

Why does this come with a straight butt?
We build our Tuna Buster rods standard with Straight Butts so they're the ultimate tool for Stand-up fishing. If you primarily fight standup with a harness/belt or need standard alignment in vertical gunnel rod holders, you'll want a Straight Butt on your rod!

What are the target species for the Tuna Buster?
Our CHAOS Tuna Buster is built to target Yellowfin & Bluefin tuna, as well as high-speed wahoo trolling, and daytime swordfishing! We designed it specifically to let you easily lift heavy fish from the depths.

Our CHAOS Rods come standard in three colors: CHAOS Gold, Blackout, and CHAOS Royal Blue/Silver. Some models like Inshore rods have additional colors available.
