Shimano SARAGOSA SW A 5000XG
A true glutton for punishment, the legacy of the versatile Saragosa SW starts a new chapter in 2020 with enhanced capabilities and features to dominate the saltwater realm. The Saragosa SW now features Infinity Drive Technology and increases the reel’s winding torque under load by up to 30% compared to its predecessor to give anglers a distinct advantage over hard fighting game fish. Combined with a battle-tested rigid HAGANE Body that won’t flex under immense loads and the HAGANE Gear to create eternally smooth reeling, the capabilities of the Saragosa SW make it a thoroughbred workhorse among saltwater spinning reels. The Saragosa SW also features an IPX8-rated waterproof Cross Carbon Drag and X-Protect for high-level water resistance to create long-lasting durability without sacrificing performance. No matter whether anglers are fishing inshore or offshore, jigging for bottom fish or casting baits at tailing fish, they can count on — just like they always have — the Saragosa SW to stay smooth no matter the conditions and perform when needed most. The bar is raised for saltwater spinning reels.
SP 15-30 6'6" CHAOS Gold
The SP 15-30 is tuned for 15-20 lb. mono or 20-30 lb. braid. The rod starts with a medium-fast taper e-glass blank, and our most popular boat spinner will handle the big boys while still allowing the sensitivity to pitch pilchards to tuna and schoolie dolphin. Locals here in Florida also use this rod for casting to cobia. Built with the same tough Fuji's guides we use in our heavier spinners, and underwraped and then double overwrapped to the blank for strength, this rod will last you a lifetime. Customers regularly target kingfish, sailfish, dolphin, tuna, and cobia with this rod.|These High Speed, Compact Leverdrags, with Powerful Gears and Drag Curves were designed for fly-lining live baits or chunks into the chum line on Long Range Stand-Up Tuna Boats, utilizing PowerPro with short top shots. Small Reel - Big Fish! The TAC8II and TAC10II were designed for fishing 40-50lb PowerPro with a 30-40 Fluorocarbon leader (up to 13 lbs of drag at strike and 20 lbs at full), whereas the TAC12II and TAC16II were designed for fishing 65lb-80lb PowerPro with a 60lb-80lb Fluorocarbon top shots (up to 22lbs of drag at strike and 40 lbs. at full).
