The Dexter 6" curved boning knife is an excellent multi-purpose knife. Great for fish or game, this knife offers great control and just the right amount of flexibility to glide around bones.
It features our SOFGRIP handle that is soft to the grip and provides great control along with slip resistance. It features our proprietary high carbon, high alloy, stain free DEXSTEEL. This knife is NSF certified and is made in the U.S.A.
