Customization Option
CHAOS Rods are built one at time in our Florida shop. For that reason, we can customize your rods to meet your needs. We can alter the length of rods or grips to your preference, and change guides and components as requested. We can also personalize the appearance of your rod to match an existing set, add your initials or boat name, or completely customize the rod color, wrap, and even add an image of the target species on the rod. Some options are available online, but if you don't see exactly what you want call us at 877-337-9591 and we'll gladly accommodate your requests.

By seating the reel’s immense 55-pound drag and 153 yd/min high-speed motor into the rigid aluminum curved butt, this combo locks perfectly into gunnel rod holders at the optimal angle. Absolutely! You can still order monogramming and decal customization on your CHAOS rods, even when purchased as part of a Rod & Reel Combo!

What colors do CHAOS rods come in?
Our CHAOS Rods come standard in three colors: CHAOS Gold, Blackout, and CHAOS Royal Blue/Silver. Some models like Inshore rods have additional colors available. We proudly build all of our CHAOS rods in-house in Pompano Beach, FL, so if you want custom colors beyond what's available on the website, call us at (954) 876-1631 and we'll help design your dream CHAOS Rod!

What customizations can I get on my CHAOS Rod?
All of our CHAOS Rods can be customized with a monogram and/or decal of your choice. We have a variety of fonts and decals available to make your rod one-of-a-kind!

Can electric reels be used manually if the battery dies?
Yes, nearly all modern electric reels include a standard manual handle. You can continue to hand-crank your line and fight fish using manual physical power if you lose electrical connectivity.

Does it ship spooled with line?
Reels ship empty. Free spooling service with reel purchase at our Pompano Beach shop — bring your line of choice. Most tackle shops will also spool with proper tension. We do not recommend spooling at home unless you have a line winder.

Does this rod ship with a tube or sock?
Every CHAOS rod ships in a hard-shell rod tube with a cloth sock inside. Tube carries the CHAOS logo and a SKU label so it is easy to grab the right rod out of the locker.
