ABU GARCIA Zenon MG-X Low Profile Reel
Lightweight and compact, the Zenon MG-X spinning reel combines a C6 V-Rotor and ultra-lightweight Air-Fin Spool with a one-piece Magnesium body to deliver a reel under 6oz. Smooth and consistent performance is driven by precision-machined main gears and a 10+1 stainless steel HPCR bearing system for increased corrosion protection. The Rocket Spool Lip Design and Rocket Line Management system improve casting performance and superior line control with all types of fishing line. The one-piece X-Mag alloy frame provides exceptional strength while keeping weight minimal. The V-Rotor system enables a more compact design with ultra-low startup inertia.

Select from standard spooling options listed in the drop-down menu above, or let us know how you would like your reel spooled. Custom spooling including top-shots, wind-ons, hollow-core backing, and fluorocarbon are available. Call or send a note with your requirements and we'll advise costs. All reels are machine spooled under ideal tension, braid is spooled with approximately 50 feet of mono backing. Wind-on leaders are offered for both hollow core and non-hollow braid, hollow core is spliced and non-hollow braid is connected loop-to-loop with a bimni twist.
