The Van Staal VR Series reels are engineered and tested to be lightweight and long lasting. They are based on the same foundation that made Van Staal legendary for power and durability. These reels are completely sealed and waterproof reel.

CHAOS SPGF 15-25 7FT Gold Rod
Very sensitive lightweight spinner made from IM-6 graphite blanks. Lighter and thinner than our E-glass rods, ideally suited when sensitivity is key. Guides under wrapped with gold thread so they never touch the blank and then double wrapped with black thread for maximum strength.

All reels are machine spooled under ideal tension, braid is spooled with approximately 50 feet of mono backing. Wind-on leaders are offered for both hollow core and non-hollow braid, hollow core is spliced and non-hollow braid is connected loop-to-loop with a bimni twist.
