The Dexter 8” wide fillet knife makes filleting and skinning your fish easy. It’s ultra-sharp out of the package with a wide, stiff blade to glide over the bones. It features our SOFGRIP handle that is soft to the grip and provides great control along with slip resistance. It features our proprietary high carbon, high alloy, stain free DEXSTEEL. This knife is NSF certified and is made in the U.S.A.
