Avet LX Reels are USA Made workhorse 20-40 lb. casting/trolling reels. Ideally suited for live baiting sailfish and pelagics with 20-30 lb. mono, the reels high gear ratio pulls 46 inches of line per crank and delivers 15 lb. of strike drag and 20 lb. at full while providing near-flawless free-spool. Add the corrosion resistant T 6061 T-6 marine aluminum components, the extremely durable AveBrake drag system and you have one of the very best tournament reels ever made. Optional Magic Cast (MC) system eliminates backlashes with a 5 position cast control knob for varying casting weight applications. Available in single speed, two-speed, Raptor, and left-hand models.
